Our agents do agent stuff. They can focus on what they’re good at doing, which is meeting clients, negotiating, and being with people. Our admin staff has the rest covered.
We’re also attracting new business every single day, with full-time “concierge” services to help provide information to these inquiries and to return their calls. When they’re ready to meet, we’ll connect the client with an agent on our team and set up a meeting.
It’s not unusual for us to book 100+ appointments in a month with buyers and sellers. So we need really good people to help provide a five-star real estate experience during and after these meetings.

Many of our marketing tools work 24 - 7 to provide lots of opportunities to help buyers and sellers. From the last few years, we have thousands of people who have reached out to us that may still be looking for help. We also have full-time "concierge" following up with inquiries seven days a week.
No Cold Calls or Door Knocking
We actually like knocking on doors, but if you don’t, then it’s not a big deal. We have time-tested, value-driven language that consistently lead to face-to-face meetings with new clients through other means. We know what to say, and we can show you how to reach your potential for meeting new clients.
Lots Of Trainning
We're a learning-based team, and we invest heavily in the best coaching in the industry. We believe in constant improvement every day, plus regular mastermind and training sessions to stay sharp.
We're a close-knit team, and we like to have fun together. We work hard, and we're a little goofy. When we hit a big goal as a team, we celebrate by doing something special, like a trip or a once-in-a-lifetime experience
We prefer some industry experience, but a few of our agents have entered our team brand new after getting their license.
